Biographical Information
Frank Acuff, M.A., is an internationally known keynote speaker, consultant, author,
and executive coach. His worldwide experience spans both domestic and international
management. He is Director of Management Development International, a management and employee development firm based in Olympia Fields, IL. He was formerly Corporate Vice President of Employee Relations for First Commerce Corporation, a $3.8 billion bank holding company. While working for McDermott International, a large multinational energy services firm, Acuff held key management positions in the United States, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. His corporate positions included worldwide responsibilities.

Acuff is an adjunct professor of organization behavior at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, teaching Negotiating Strategies. He completed his undergraduate and graduate work at the University of Illinois, in Champaign-Urbana.
