Biographical Information
Frank Acuff, M.A., is an internationally known speaker, trainer, author, executive coach,
and consultant. His worldwide experience spans both domestic and international
management. He is Director of Management Development International, an employee and
management development firm based in Olympia Fields, IL. He was formerly Corporate
Vice President for Employee Relations for First Commerce Corporation, a $3.8 billion
bank holding company. While working for McDermott International, a multinational energy
services firm, Acuff held key management positions in the United States, Singapore, and
the United Arab Emirates. His corporate positions included worldwide responsibilities.

Acuff is also an adjunct professor of organization behavior at Northwestern University. He
completed his undergraduate and graduate work at the University of Illinois, in Champaign-
