"Change" is an integral part of working in today's organizations.  Upsizings, downsizings,
mergers, divestitures, reorganizations, and responses to economic and technical
changes, are commonplace.  How we manage this change will strongly influence our
success as individuals, and for the organizations in which we work.  This seminar will
focus on rebuilding commitment and productivity in the organization during times of
change.  Participants will be involved in several role plays, critical incidents, and case
studies.
